    Here you will be in a group of 4-6 people on a regular call where possible in similar businesses

    Strategy:

      All plans start with a call to see if the process is right for you.
    • Finding your gap
      Here the system helps you to identify the goals that will help push your business forward. Making them the focus of your future activities will help to identify the actions needed to achieve them.
    • Building your foundations
      Here we help you put in place the basic marketing systems to equip your business for success. Includes things like a marketing asset review etc.
    • Fixing your marketing
      The system breaks everything down into bite size chunks and you’ll only ever tackle one or two pieces at a time, so you’ll never be overwhelmed.
    • Knowing the score
      Here we start by understanding how many leads are expected from each marketing pillar each week or month and track what actually happens.
    • Stabilise / Optimise / Maximise
      Most businesses will go through the system at least three times. Your first cycle is about stabilising which is developing your sales and marketing processes so that they are consistently successful.
