Sales are everything
Increasing sales doesn’t always mean increasing the number of customers you have, but invariably it’s the ordinary course of action. Looking back through the numbers and understanding how the sales are made up is the most solid base for making your forecast.
To grow a business sustainably today, it’s important to form and build better relationships with customers. Many small businesses forget to do this.
Are you one of these businesses?
No matter how small your database, there is always some sales information to be gained from it to help make the next sale easier.
Having a mix of products to attract customers at different price points is a good way to build a relationship with the customer. It allows them to try you out with a low-level product before committing to a higher-priced service.
Remember that not everyone is ready to purchase today.
But if they’ve shown an interest, makes sure you stay in touch and help them as much as you can. When they are ready to buy, you should then be ‘top of mind’.
